The module is connected to the platform surface through a "T-shaped groove+fast locking pin". The locking pin adopts a self-locking structure, which can complete the assembly and disassembly of a single module within 1 minute, and can complete the production of multiple varieties in 15 minutes (traditional tooling takes 4-8 hours).
high-precision positioning
The platform surface is pre-set with high-precision reference holes (precision H7 level), and the workpiece is automatically aligned through a fixed-point core axis, with a lateral and longitudinal deviation of ≤± 0.05mm.
All standard modules undergo ultra precision grinding before leaving the factory. The verticality error of the 90 ° angle ruler is ≤ 0.02mm/m, and the flatness error of the square box is ≤ 0.03mm/m. No additional calibration is required after splicing.
Optional 3D vision camera can capture the real-time position relationship between the workpiece and the module, with a deviation accuracy of ± 0.01mm, assisting workers in fine tuning.

Durability and Economy
The material is cast iron (HT300) or steel structural component (Q345), which has undergone overall annealing heat treatment and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, with a service life of up to 50-100 years.
When the module is damaged, it can be replaced separately with low cost; During the welding process, only low-cost anti splash liquid is needed to avoid surface splashing, and maintenance is simple.
